High Cholesterol Food List - 4 of the Worst Cholesterol Foods Exposed

There are many misconceptions about cholesterol. As someone that is learning everything about this topic, I wanted to take a few minutes and review my findings here today. There are a few factors about your cholesterol levels that make a big difference.

Some of these factors are not controllable. Your genetic traits are a great example of this. You can control what you eat, and that is the biggest factor in your cholesterol levels. Today we are going to establish a high cholesterol food list.

Cholesterol

There are many foods that are high in cholesterol. Some of these foods include sodas, hamburgers, French fries, and sweets. What we want to do is to come up with the ultimate list. Here is our list of the worst cholesterol foods.

1. Eggs: Eggs are loaded with cholesterol. You can really help your cholesterol levels by only eating the egg whites and not the egg yokes. If you can do without the yoke, you are doing great!

2. Ice Cream: Many people love eating ice cream, but they just don't know that it includes tons of cholesterol and sugar. You should be eating ice cream sparingly.

3. Beef (especially the kidney): The kidney produces the natural cholesterol our body needs, so you should expect it to be the same of animals. Beef and steak generally contain a lot of cholesterol, so you want to reduce your intake of these meats.

4. Butter: You can greatly reduce your intake of cholesterol by not spreading butter on anything you eat. This one simple tip can make a big difference in the amount of cholesterol in your diet.

This is just a sampling of a high cholesterol food list. You could find many more foods that are high in cholesterol, but I would focus on foods you eat frequently. You also want to take natural cholesterol control supplements in combination with a healthier diet to give you the best results.
